“This image renders the 1,200 chapters and 31,000 verses of the King James Bible into visual form. The bars on the bottom represent the chapters of the Holy Book; the lengths correspond to the number of verses in each chapter. Each of the 63,779 arcs represents a cross-reference, in which a passage alludes to figures or ideas from an earlier one, while the distance between the two passages determines the color of the arc. This infographic was developed by a computer science doctoral student at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and a Lutheran pastor in Germany.”
-http://discovermagazine.com/2009/sep/24-what-is-this-spirograph-2.0I’m sure most will have seen this already but isn’t this just amazing? For God’s wisdom to have flown from when he spoke light to the earth… to the prophets, sinners and followers in his Word…to sending Jesus to die for us all…for the wisdom of the disciples that never lost hope and spread the message of Jesus Christ… to the scholars who compiled God’s Word… to translators and to the genius who knew there was something more to God’s Word than it being the best-selling book in the world.
another thing that shows how beautiful God is
